Italo Alighieri began training with weights in 1993. In addition to currently being the ONLY certified DY Master Trainer in the state of California, Italo has also completed in triathlons, as well as \'contest prep\' for physique competitions. Italo Alighieri has trained with and now become a certified DY HIT Master Trainer through Dorian Yates, personally. He has a thorough comprehension of all aspects of training both in and out of the gym. I can work with good genetics, bad genetics and help you be a serious competitor whether its for the stage, sport, or simply the mirror.
