Bio

I\'m a Bodybuilding, strength and physique coach based in Leeds England. I\'ve been coaching people now for the past 10 years with great success and have a real passion for helping others. There\'s nothing more satisfying for me than seeing other people achieve their goals and get in the best shape of their lives. On a personal note I\'ve competed in quite a few bodybuilding shows since 2008 with a very solid record of 5 x 1st places and 5 x second places out of the 12 shows that I\'ve competed in, with my career highlights being winning the NABBA British title in 2012 and coming runner up at the NABBA World Championships both 2012 and 2014. I\'ve always loved the DY HIT method of training and believe it be the fastest way to increasing muscle mass!
